Around almost 200 is accurate given that if we don't add the kills prior to his capture that we didn't know "In-Universe" because timeline wise Jason X is set in the later 2000s around 2010 and not the early 2000s with Freddy Vs Jason happening in 2003 and then the years passed with Jason on killing sprees until his capture.

I could heavily theorize if we try for an "In-Universe" timeline of Victims Jason might actually be in the higher 260+ or even 300+ victims given that my birth state of New Jersey Black Bears don't really kill people so officers would rule them out, and then you just got random hikers and etc going missing plus they likely don't wanna deal with Jason.
