Despite the challenges, I want to express my gratitude to the developers for their dedication. They've created something truly special for the fanbase. Speaking of Jason Voorhees, have you seen the incredible action figure at Larger Than Life Toys? It's a perfect tribute to the iconic character. Keep gaming and enjoying every thrilling moment!
Well firstly thank you for joining and posting! And yes I truly hope one day we get something new for the fan base the games overall life was cut way to fast!!

It's only leaving the stores both physical/digital but it should and still be playable due to the peer-to-peer servers! (I hope ofcourse!)

Playable until the end of Dec 2024 from the looks of things, and then they'll be shutting down the multiplayer servers... There will always be bots the single player challenges I guess.

I doubt they would truly kill the game off like that! I'm sure it can only be played by us who owned the game.

What does everyone think about this? Not really any details given at this point, but I can't wait to see what it's all about.

I’m with you on that. I loved the multiplayer experience of F13 the game. Hopefully the new game mimics it. I also hope they develop a single player element as well.

I read in a separate article that more-or-less confirmed the new game at least won't be asymmetrical. It's apparently going to be more story-driven, with a focus on creating more realistic characters. Personally, I won't mind this approach at all if it's done well.
I have my doubts that it was coincidence I read about this perspective new game the day before the news of Gun losing the license dropped.

I hope my thought/theory is right.
In 2024 those who don't own the game can't play it anymore since it's Player to Player host lobbies I doubt the company would just go up and decide "No more servers." because this would definitely kill the Game off which is why Im praying/hoping it won't be like that!
