Likely just wentout the front door the hospital they were at was clearly not busy so it was a clean getting out

He just walked out is my guess. If anyone saw him, then they weren’t going to say anything for one reason or another. Either they were done too or else they hid and hoped he didn’t see them.

As my memory serves, it was the graveyard shift at the hospital and it was all dark and deserted like Halloween II. No one really visits the morgue much and even if police had wanted to follow up on Jason's death, they'd have waited until the
morning so Jason had plenty of time to sneak out a side door and make his way back to the woods
