The Evolution of Jason
What do you think about how Jason evolved in the series? Did he mature from a clumsy, sack wearing guy who climbed on a chair to wait out Ginny to become a more menacing threat while wearing the hockey mask? Did you think What version of Jason scared you the most? Would you have gotten away from the sack headed Jason, only to get caught by the later version of Jason?
Tell me about it.
Tell me about it.

I love that Jason has evolved from a clumsy and at times Goofy Novice Killer to a badass fearless intimidating hulking monster of Killer.
I feel Hockey masked Jason from Part 6 Jason lives began his most intimidating versions….
Zombie Jason by far to me is more frightening then Jason from 2-4…..I feel I would have a better chance of escaping or surviving against Human Jason.
His looks from 6-8 scared me the most growing up… the design from Part 8 with his yellow hockey mask was definitely the one that creeped into my nightmares the most, probably because I would stay up late reading and re-reading my Fangoria magazines with articles from Jason Takes Manhattan …… his ability to appear out of nowhere definitely would have been the version to kill me.

Paul was able to grapple with Jason one on one. He gained super strength on Part 3 and was able to defeat Axel easily, although most of his kills were based on surprise. His super strength really didn't show until Part 4. Up to that ointment he could run. Part 6 was a fast menacing stomp and it seemed to me he slowed down from there. By the time he got to Manhattan it was almost a leisurely walk. I would be afraid of Part 4 the most as I can outrun zombie Jason.

Re: The Evolution of Jason
His evolution or character development has surely been the greatest in horror history.
Part 2 Jason: A 5 year gap but yet Jason is still a mence, alittle novice and clumsy likely due to having one eye revealed, but overall he knows how to kill people.
Part 3 Jason: He is now more experienced, and far more revealing in physical physique, making his presence far more mencing, his brutality with hands on kills, and his emotional status in the barn scene shows us he is quite human.
Part 4 Jason: Just as my points above but this time, he is now running at his victims, and is now more angry and more brutal due to the injuries he had recieved from Part 3! His size is about the same but now he cant stand letting just anyone live to tell the tell.
Part 6 Jason: The 1st Revenant Zombie of Jason Voorhees, his strength is now infinitely increased, he feels no pain, no fear, and fears no one, he is now a indestructible force of destruction, his overall goals of going back to the place he calls him is a nod that he will always be tied to the Camp Grounds! And even when dead, Jason still showed us he is an angry man with many unresolved missions.
Part 7-X Jason: The most consistent in the entire Friday the 13th franchise, and the start of the definitive Jason Voorhees, on a physical and mental level, this is the Jason that fought a telekentic teenager, went to new york, went to hell, and to space itself, the Undead Jason in Part 7 is more and more angry, and bloodlusted as years passed since Part 6, and he craves the violence, Part 8 is where we got a more stealth like undead Jason who was killing boat passangers left and right, Part 9 Jason gave us the blacksheep of the franchise, and Jason X gave us the now beyond indestructible cyborg Jason that is now whole, and gave us iconic breathing movements and the head and body turns! Overall the most physical version of Jason yet!
FvJ Jason: Gave us an unexplained taller Jason, who was homeless? And gave us one of the most iconic crossovers of this generation.
