a mistake that seems to be unnoticed

With all the bloopers people talk about and errors in continuity with the Friday the 13th movies, has anyone noticed that only 4 of the movies take place on Friday the 13th?

which ones do?

I'd imagine the 1st, I know the 6th does

Part 7 and the 2009 movie.

Yeah, I saw an article about this earlier. In all honesty it never occurred to me to wonder about it. I would say Jason's presence embodies the concept of Friday the 13th and its ill mojo no matter what the date is. That's the best I can manage for this one

Never noticed it. Honestly, I always thought the F13 title was added just for fun, if you look at how seriously the movies take themselves. That it bears no serious significance.

If you run across Jason, you must REALLY be unlucky.

Yeah haha that's right but at that point it's Jason and Friday the 13th is synonyms with "Bad Luck" so I take it as those who get killed just have that Bad luck of meeting Jason.

Of course, setting it all on Friday the 13th doubles the bad luck factor.
