Ever get tired of "it"?

Ever get tired of the garbage you see around you? Do you ever wish some of the people you see around you would just shut up and leave?

I'm in that frame of mind right now. The head of the space where I'm at now is a perpetual worrier and talks out of both sides of their mouth. They've been in a management job so long their brain has atrophied. Another person is on their way up and is a shameless self-promoter who is lacking in self-awareness and has no concept of teamwork. Everything begins and ends with the word "I" with this person. There's no "we". Just "I". This clown will follow you down the hall spouting the latest big idea. Or will walk up to groups of people already talking and stand there until noticed and ask what they're doing.

I'm a totally different kind of person. I follow a "systemic" line of thought. In other words, I think about how my actions will affect other people and outcomes. I think it's important to include other people around me as a team and not as competition. We're stronger with you than we are without you.

What's YOUR opinion?

For far too long , all the wrong people in our society have been allowed to endure and prosper without putting in any real effort and riding off the backs of the doers. By talking loudly and ignoring the obvious fact that they are useless turds, they get promoted simply to get them out of the way where the real labor is done. Occasionally a worthwhile individual is promoted who deserves it and may Odin smile on that person, but yes, I do get tired of 'it's. You wonder why it's worth it to carry on but you do anyway because regardless of the acknowledgment, someone has to. I tell you now brothers, from what I gather from this forum, you are among those that carry the weight and I salute you for it. I know that's worth spit in the grand scheme of things, but for what it is worth, strength and honor, my friends
