Friday the 13th Part III Vs Halloween III: Season of the Witch
Which would you rather watch?
Which is better to watch?
This poll will serve as a Vs. Movies franchise poll between the Friday the 13th movies Vs. Halloween films, BUT we are only doing it to the numbers that are equal Meaning Hallowee: Ends will not be added! And I added enough options to people arent forced and there are rules for this poll!
There is no Multiple Choice!
There is no Vote Cancellation
All votes are final!!

Let's give it up for F13 part 3!!!!! It was my first movie in the franchise and I saw it in the theater with the silly 3D glasses. What else can I say?
H3 was a standalone movie for another day and time.

Friday Part 3. One of the best films in the franchise, and perhaps the most memorable of the ensemble casts. There's a reason three of them made it into the video game, and a fourth partially inspired by Chris.
Season of the Witch is still a decent film on it's own.

Yeah, Part 3 is the most iconic for the reason of the Hockey Mask! I wish I could have met Richard Brooker!

I'd like SOTW better if it wasn't connected to the Halloween franchise.

Yeah if they would have kept it as a Anthology series I'm sure the franchise would 100% be different and unique.

The way they handled him after Resurrection??? I would have rather they stopped and did an anthology in a heart beat!

Re: Friday the 13th Part III Vs Halloween III: Season of the Witch
Season of the Witch could have been a bigger continuity for the franchise as well! Different story-telling with new killers and eventually going back to Michael would have been awesome!

Any specific timeline for Michael going back?

I believe their mistake was making Halloween 2 the continuation of Michael and Laurie's story. Once Michael was included, The Halloween franchise was forever married to the Myers character. If Season of the Witch had been the second film in the franchise instead of the third, movie goers still would've questioned it, but I don't feel like there would've been as big of a backlash if you immediately established the franchise was going to be an anthology.
I'm not sure if Blumhose is still involved with the Halloween Franchise at all, but I still think they have a shot at a second chance for the anthology idea. The one part of Halloween Ends I did like was the idea of evil seeping into the ground of Haddonfield itself. There's potential there to extend the franchise beyond Michael. A TV show called Haddonfield, with random stories about all the weird things happening in and around the town... I'd be there for that.

Maybe they REALLY SHOULD ban Halloween in Haddonfield. Perhaps that could be the basis for moving forward with the anthology idea.
