From the trailer alone, any die-hard Friday the 13th fan will notice the numerous amounts of F13 References from the silly $5 Mask (Shelly/Friday the 13th Part 3), the Bed being hit against the tree (Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood), and the homage to Pamela Voorhees (Mrs.Voorhees from Friday the 13th 1980) and a seemingly seen play on Thom's character name of Betty Palmer to Sheriff Parmer. It's unknown who plays the Slasher in this film, but it's slated for a 2022 release.
